Our award-winning restaurant regales its guests with regional and international specialties in an original 17th century parlor.

In our organic show cheese dairy we exclusively use daily fresh Heuland milk which we only obtain from our region. From this natural basic product we produce spicy hard cheeses, fine white and red mould cheeses, as well as sheep and goat cheese. They receive their natural ripening in our cellar.
